In a resounding display of commitment to youth empowerment and access to education, the United Green Movement Party joined members of the “Patrons Kitty” in Karading Location, North Kabuoch Ward, Ndhiwa Constituency in distributing bursary cheques to 20 outstanding students, as they joined secondary school.
Education has long been recognized as a cornerstone of societal progress, and the United Green Movement Party firmly believes that every child, regardless of their financial background, deserves access to quality education. By providing these bursaries, the party not only invests in individual students but also contributes to the collective advancement of the community and the nation at large.
The presence of various UGM party leaders including the co-leader Hon. Neto Agostinho, Kisumu County Coordinator Hon. John Obure, and Homa Bay County Coordinator Hon. Easter Elizabeth during this event symbolized the party’s commitment to live its manifesto which prioritizes addressing youth unemployment and fostering opportunities for the next generation. By enabling these students to continue their education, the Party is laying the groundwork for a future where all young people have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a competitive job market.
In the years to come, may these students thrive academically, contribute meaningfully to their communities, and carry forward the values of equal opportunity and total inclusivity championed by the United Green Movement Party. Together, let us continue to invest in the future leaders of our nation, ensuring that no talent goes untapped and no dream goes unfulfilled.
